Accoce - availability and booking form

If you would like to book a holiday at Accoce, please complete the booking form below. Use the text box for any specific questions you may have.

Once we receive your completed booking form, we shall confirm the reservation and advise you immediately. Deposit can be paid by Western Union on-line transfers or by a bank transfer. The booking will be provisionally held for 10 days until receipt of your deposit.

Terms and conditions of booking

- non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental on booking to secure the dates requested.
- the final balance to be paid on an agreed schedule.

Refunds if you have to cancel:
Cancellations between 1 and 2 months before start of rental: refund of 50% on the rental (less deposit).

Cancellations early than 2 months before start of rental: refund 75% of rental (less deposit)

No refund for cancellations later than one month before start of rental

Different terms can be negotiated for rental periods of more than 2 weeks. email us here or use the form below, detailing your requirements in the text box.

Once your deposit has been received we will provide you with various details of how to make your stay in Accoce easier and more enjoyable including:

§ Travel planning
§ Arranging for basic supplies to be available on your arrival at the house
